Transparency
Transparency and the protection of your privacy are a priority for us. On this page you will find all the information regarding management of personal data, the policies adopted and the transparency obligations we abide by. Our commitment is to guarantee clarity and security in every aspect of the interaction with us.
In compliance with the current regulations, Third Sector entities with earnings, revenue or other proceeds, however denominated, exceeding 1 million euros have the obligation to publish their social report on the National Single Register of the Third Sector and on their website. The report must be drafted in accordance with the guidelines defined by the Decree of the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social policies.
In accordance with Paragraph 7 of the Decree of 4 July 2019, entities required to draft their social report shall publish it on their website or, if no website is available, on that of the relevant association. The deadline for publication is 30th June each year, with reference to the previous financial year.
Privacy
As with other entities, Third Sector entities must also comply with the principles of the GDPR and complete the data protection compliance process. The Confederation of Misericordie has also complied with the obligations of Article 5 of the GDPR:
